- The team discussed the overall project at a very high level

- Potential hardware components that would be needed were researched and chosen

- Looked into sensors and microcontrollers. In particular we looked into Inertial Motion Units (IMUs) and microphones sensors. At first, we were clueless of which microcontroller to get. We didn’t know if we wanted a basic one or one that already has a bunch of built in peripherals. We have some idea of what microcontroller to get but haven’t made any purchase yet.

- Bought IMU, sensors, breadboard, buttons, and other hardware components that might be needed for the project.

- Prepared other supplies (wires, some IC chips, microcontrollers) for Tuesday’s (04/14/2015) lab session.
